This page together with documents referred to on it advises you the terms of use in which you may make use of our website (www.loveglows.com.au). Please read these terms carefully before you start to use the Love Glows site or purchase, hire or engage in any of Love Glows services.

By using or accessing our site, you indicate that you (you, them, they, us, we) have read and understand and accept our terms of use, together with our privacy policy, returns policy and delivery policy and that you abide by them.

We encourage you to read these terms of use and consult our FAQs section if you have any questions in relation to browsing, shopping or booking online or via the contact us page on our website or any other form of engaging in our services.

The ‘Client’ refers to any individual, firm corporation or company that wishes to hire equipment or appoints services from the Hire company Love Glows.

Access to the Love Glows sight is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend products or services we provide on our site without notice

You are responsible for making all agreements and arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Love Glows site. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms and conditions and that comply with them.

Pricing on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and do not include GST.

Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon posting to our site or other form of notification.  We do take care to ensure that all prices quoted on our site are accurate however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have booked, ordered or purchased, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order/purchase at the correct price or cancelling it.

Love Glows reserves the right to change prices at any time.

We reserve the right to not accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item is out of stock or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out or otherwise contemplated within these terms of use or our site. You must be over 18 to use our site and to purchase and it is of the responsibility of you. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are at least 18 and over and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement/contract. We reserve the right to refuse to process or to service a client at our sole discretion. Our policies and guidelines apply from time to time.

When booking Love Glows for an event for hire or installation it is our company requirement that the client securing the booking is to pay a non-refundable deposit/booking fee of 20% we will not refund any deposit payments under any circumstances of change of date, change of mind, cancelled event/wedding, pandemic, epidemic, illness, death or act of god. In the instance that your wedding or event is cancelled due to the following, epidemic, pandemic, act of god, death Love glows will offer the option to reschedule or hold a credit of the value paid to use either at another time valid from 12 months for initial booking. Initial deposit will be forfeited if booking is cancelled due to change of mind cancelled, event or wedding. There is to be one rescheduled date only for each booking with additional costs for more then one date rescheduled for any event/wedding  booked with Love Glows .

If the client wishes to cancel their event the client will incur a charge of the booking within the following term if the cancellation is as of 12 weeks prior to the booking 75% charge on invoice within 1 month or 31 days 100% of invoice will be charged. Changes to bookings must be finalised 1 month (31 days) prior to the event/booking if invoice value is to decrease. Full payment is required 1 month or 31 days prior to the event. Love Glows has the right to cancel your event if these terms are not met.

When confirming a booking with Love Glows you are adhering to a binding agreement. Your deposit payment is your form of signature and that you adhere to our terms and conditions.

The event date is the day of the wedding or event supplied by the client to the hire company Love Glows. If the client has given the incorrect date it is there for charged at another call out fee for the services of Love Glows.

Love Glows will not be responsible for any signs turning off due to weather conditions or any other conditions where the signs and equipment stop working during a event. Love Glows can change placement of sign/signs if weather conditions are not suitable for the signs or equipment.

If Love Glows equipment or products are damaged in an event including weather damage the booking client/customer will be responsible for the item/ items. If your hire items from Love Glows become damaged, go missing/theft of your hire items, the terms and conditions are that you as the client/customer are responsible to cover the costs associated with repair or replacement with inspection from staff of Love Glows. In the result that an item is damaged Love Glows reserves the right to charge you in accordance to the cost of repair verse replace.

The hire items and chosen date are available until the non-refundable/ deposit booking fee has been paid via bank transfer. Outstanding amounts are to be paid in full 1 month prior to the event.

All orders or bookings are subject to availability and are not secured for your event if your non-refundable deposit has not been paid with the two-week period from invoice date.

Any sale of our products via a third party we will not be liable by reason of our withdrawing any product from our site whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on our site or for refusing process or accept an order after we have sent you the order confirmation.

Custom neon quotes are subject to change and are valid for 28 days. If you choose to purchase your sign after thus time, we will assess your pricing and confirm in writing. All custom neon’s are to be purchased prior to commencing and are non-refundable after this point of monies transferred in sign has commenced. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for any import custom or duty charges. You as the purchaser have confirmed that the design and artwork is approved once paid changes cannot be made after this time.

Love Glows custom LED neon signs are made to order this includes products that you may find for sale in our future website shop. Love glows neon signs that are custom made have turn around time from three to eight weeks for standard orders. We will make every effort to ensure your purchased product reaches you within the stated time frame however we make no guarantees as certain issues may arise that are outside our control or quality control has not been met. Love Glows offers returns and refunds on faulty products only in line with the Australian consumer law which is the final resolution for faulty product. Refunds on the cost of the product sold and or shipping will be decided on a case by case basis depending on the source of the fault. The faulty product must be returned in its original condition with in 14 days of receiving the product. Only at this time as arrangements been made regarding the faults which are addressed to subject – faulty product info@loveglows.com.au  product is not to be returned without a code number. If a replacement has been agreed by Love glows the product will be shipped as soon as possible. Love glows will let you know if a full or partial refund has been agreed via email.

Love Glows warranty on indoor custom neon products not including the transformer include a one-year warranty which covers electrical components in the neon sign when used appropriately only. Love Glows custom outdoor products include a 3 month warranty which covers electrical components when used appropriately only. Love glows will not take any responsibility for fire theft or death relating to Love Glows products. The LED neon signs are not to be operated by children and to be supervise by an adult when around the neon signs or any other sign from Love Glows. Love glows will not be responsible for misuse of any sign provided by love glows. All signs should be used with power boards approved to Australian standards with overload protection.

Visual inspection should be carried out when the custom or hire sign are in use. With any Love Glows item that has damage present discontinue use immediately. Discard faulty electrical equipment or have it assessed by a licenced electrician.

Any artwork submitted from Love glows, content, trademarks and products for sale or hire on www.loveglows.com.au are the exclusive property of Love glows.

You acknowledge and agree that all ownership, license intellectual property and other rights and interest in and to the website and service without limitation, any LED Flex neon sign, Led neon sign, custom LED neon sign designed and or built in connection with the service together with any images, design, proof or other representation or of a LED neon sign produced by Love Glows in connection with the service shall remain solely with Love Glows unless agreed otherwise in writing by Love Glows. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or exploit any portion of the product use of service or products or access to the service or products without written permission from us Love Glows.
